The 'Leave It To Clever' ad Campaign for Fluxx
Channel Fluxx asked us to promote their upcoming pitch season to their viewers, and we came up with this concept. In order to capture the imagination of showrunners, we wanted to mash two separate genres; the wholesomeness of the Leave It To Beaver series, blended with a slasher film. The playful parody keeps the audience engaged while being informed about what the channel was looking for in their pitches.
Award winning foley work on 'Deliver Us To Evil' short film
We won the Monster Film Challenge’s Best Sound Effects award in 2014 by mixing industrial sounds in order to help create the menace of the film's exorcism scene. We twisted samples from nature, electrical mechanisms and the percussion between metals in order to create a dark and twisted take on the film's supernatural themes. This video highlights that scene with no dialogue or soundtrack, and you can watch the film here.
Our 'Review Fluxx' game review series
Channel Fluxx's most successful and watched series, Review Fluxx is a comedy review about the world's most popular games and movies. We wrote, narrated and edited this series completely in house, and we have an upcoming season coming out soon!
Our award-winning short film 'The Fuzz'
48 hours is not a very long time to write, shoot and edit a film, but we did just that with The Fuzz! The story is about Detective Ben Fuzzman, a puppet cop just trying to get by in a human's world. When a series of crimes match the profile of the man who killed Fuzzman's family, it's up to him and his partner Slater to bring down the menace before he strikes again!
'Love Is Black and White' is dramatic gold
Working with the great Rob Mello, we assisted in creating an IndieGoGo campaign for his short film 'Love Is Black and White.' We oversaw the production, found strategic partnerships and provided additional support promoting the release. It was a real treat to work with Rob to bring his vision to life.
Audio Mixing For 'Bright Lights, Dark Shadows'
Justified Films requested we work with them on mixing their audio for their music video for Tokyo Rose's 'Bright Lights, Dark Shadows,' and we couldn't have been more excited. We tried to emphasize the powerful score while allowing the voice-over to do its magic. We're very happy with the results!
